Install R-21 insulation in perimeter walls, and R-49 insulation in roof areas. Hang and finish 95–110 sheets of 1/2" drywall, prime and paint all walls, ceilings, trim, and drywall surfaces throughout both levels. Install 1,250 sqft luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. Install kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, etc. Remove and replace two (2) exterior doors and install eight (8) new interior doors. Install new stair case, railings, trim/baseboard. Tile 120 sqft flooring and tub surrounds. Only full interior rehabilitation and structural framing in accordance with approved plans. All work to be completed per Baltimore City Local Building Codes.
