At this time, we are adding information to the existing permit #BRCM-25-023355 that was not previously included. The information concerns an opening we are creating, measuring 14 ft by 9 ft, which already existed but the wood framing was not functioning properly and was quite deteriorated, which is why it was replaced. This is the only change we are making to the existing permit. The existing wall between the living room and kitchen was demolished and replaced with new 2x4 and 2x8 lumber. The design was not changed; the wall was simply replaced because the old one was damaged. Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
