- Permit
I am applying for a permit to replace an existing fence on my property. The project includes: Length: 173 linear feet Height: 6 feet Style: Hamilton-style fencing Material: Pressure-treated pine Posts: Pressure-treated pine posts with flat black decorative caps Gates: Two (2) single gates, each 42 inches wide and 6 feet high, with a convex arch design Notes: Neighbor's metal link fence will not be disturbed; building within my property. (Shown in PDF attachment) The existing fence to be removed is approximately 4 feet high and is a traditional wood picket style. All old fencing will be fully removed prior to installation of the new fence. At this time, I am still finalizing the fence contractor and exact product style. However, I am submitting this permit application now to help expedite the process upon final approval and selection of materials. Final details will match the specifications listed above and will comply with all local zoning and building code requirements. Fence Replacement.
