Provide & Install (5) new Primed Hollow 6-Panel Door w/ new hinges, interior locksets kits. Doors will be installed onto existing door casings. (1) -1st Floor Hall Closet, (1) Basement, (1) - 2nd Floor Bathroom, 2) - Left Bedroom Entry & Closet. 2. Remove existing door. Provide & Install (1) new Interior Wood Full Glass Door w/new hinges, interior lockset kit. Door will be installed onto existing door casings. (1) - Kitchen Door. CARPENTRY: Repair Front Porch Header & Replace Columns: 1. Remove (18’ L/ft) of existing metal coil stock & trim boards to expose damaged front header. 2. Remove & Dispose existing Right & Left Porch Columns. 3. Repair/Remove existing damaged (2”D x 8”W x 16’) Porch Header. 4. Install new Double P.T. (2” x 16”) header. 5. Install new (18’ L/ft) exterior Trim boards and white metal coil stock to match existing. 6. Install new (3) Right, Center & Left Porch (8” x 5’) Round Structural Fiberglass Columns with Cap & Base to rest existing brick pillars. 7. Prime & Paint new porch columns to match existing color. ROOFING: Main/Front Porch/Rear Porch: (Dim 18’ x 50’/ 18’ x 12’/12’ x 10’) 1. Remove (2) layers of existing roofing system. Remove & Replace all flashing, (2) pyramid glass skylights, moisture & heat vents, fascia metal and damaged plywood. 2. Install (3) new pyramid glass skylight units and Loose lay and heat seal, a modified bitumen single ply roof, Cool White reinforced with polyester over the manufacturer’s approved underlayment, in full compliance with the manufacturer’s installation requirements. GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS & SPLASH BLOCKS: Main Roof, Front & Rear Porch Roof 1. Remove existing, Furnish, and Install @ Front & Rear Porches & Rear Main Roof (50 l/ft) of new (5”) Seamless Gutters with (45’ l/ft) of Downspout w/splash block where appropriate. METAL FABRICATION: Railings: (Front Porch) 1. Remove existing railing & Fabricate and Install (10') L/ft of wrought iron railings to left and right side of front steps Megginson/ Quantico Project.
