This permit is requested for the cleanup, demolition of damaged materials, and stabilization of the fire-damaged property. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: * Removal of all fire-damaged, unsafe, deteriorated, and non-salvageable building materials as necessary. * Interior and exterior demolition required to remove damaged components and prepare the structure for future rehabilitation. * Removal and lawful disposal of all debris, trash, vegetation, and miscellaneous materials from the structure and the property. * Cleaning and clearing of the site to provide a safe working environment. * Securing all existing openings, entry/exit points, and other accessible areas to protect the structure from unauthorized entry and weather exposure. * Repairing, reinforcing, or securing existing fencing and other temporary site security measures as needed. * Temporary stabilization of existing conditions as necessary to maintain a safe site during cleanup activities. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable Baltimore City codes and regulations. No new construction is included under this permit.
