Install 1/2 inch sheet rock and finish on the walls and ceilings of the 2nd floor and first floor rear bed rooms. Upgrade the electric service to 200 AMP as per all Baltimore city codes. Trouble shoot all outlets and light fixtures. Install new lights in the rear 2nd floor bedroom and first floor bedroom allowance for lights Demo kitchen cabinets and wall finishes. Install R-21 insulation in the rear wall and the side wall adjacent to the exterior elements approx. 125 sq ft. Install 1/2 inch sheet rock and finish. Install 2 GFCI and hood vent vented outside. Install water proof laminate flooring approx. 200 sq ft. Install 4 base cabinets and 4 wall cabinets. Install laminate countertop.. Install new refrigerator; Replace 6 rear windows with new double hung windows with low E glass. these windows will have a "U" value of 35 or less. these windows will be wrapped and caulked with aluminum. 2nd and first floor bathrooms will have all wall and floor finishes removed, along with all fixtures. Install 5-foot shower pans. new diverters. Install new exhaust vents with lights . Install GFCI in each bathroom. Install green board on all walls and ceilings and cement board on both floors. Install ceramic in the shower areas and on the floors. Install vanities; faucets; medicine cabinets; comfort high toilets. Install shower doors; Paint bathroom with mildew resistant paint. Install grab bars, TP holders and towel racks. Paint interior of home on the first and second floor of home approx. 1,200 sq ft, walls base boards and interior doors Remove hardwood flooring on the first and second floor. Install new subflooring and water proof laminate flooring. Clean out basement get rid of debris and haul it away. Replace existing rear 4-ft chain link fence approx. 80 lineal ft with one 36-inch gate ALL WORK AS PER CODE.
